LPI Equipment – Penentrant Rinsewater Treatment

Our carbon filtration units are designed to remove water-washable penetrants, post-emulsifiable penetrants and remover from post-rinsewater. Once clean, the rinsewater can be pumped to drain/waste (subject to local authority requirements) or recycled to another process.

S200S200 carbon filtration unit

The S200 is a self-contained, easy-to-use unit mounted on a sturdy stainless steel frame, fitted with wheels for extra mobility. It is designed to process up to 100 litres of penetrant rinsewater per day.

S500/S500CS500 carbon filtration unit

The S500 unit comprises a pressure vessel fitted with inlet and outlet control valves. It can also be used with a coalescing filter (S500C) to remove post-emulsifiable penetrant from pre-rinse water. Both versions can process up to 500 litres of rinsewater per hour.
